As of 7/7/23 - Thank you for your initial interest in this Bid. We regret that we must inform you that, effective immediately, our Agency has canceled this Bid due to the recent storm. We will advise you if we again conduct a competitive process for any "like" services. Protect existing landscaping, windows, roofing etc. Prevailing wages are required on this project. See attached Wage Decision for the wages for the duration of the project. Prevailing rates are required for all work on site. Project is tax exempt. Do not Include sales taxes. Owner will occupy the project areas for the entire duration of the project. Coordinate with Owner for locations of parking and dumpsters. Do not block tenants access to their units except Contractor may temporarily block an entry/exit at each unit during work. One entry per unit may be blacked at a time; one exit should be clear. Coordinate with Owner for access and for clearing work area of tenants personal property. Do not move tenants property - call the Owner if at risk from operations. Restore lawns and plant areas to pre-project condition. Photograph areas that are damaged or rutted before starting work. Fill ruts with clean topsoil, seed and straw. Replace cracked walks if caused by operations. Contractor will be required to repair all cracks likely to have been driven on by vehicles or equipment except where photographs of preexisting cracks are available.. Fascia and gutter - remove and recycle indicated fascia, gutter and downspout. Salvage and reuse cast iron sections or leave in place.
