Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the instructions to Bidders. Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. he project will be funded in part by a U.S. EPA State and Tribal Assistance Grant (STAG) through the Community Grants program. The successful Bidder shall comply with federal Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements. All Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246 as amended, which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. This procurement is subject to Kentucky Division of Water Procurement Guidance including the Davis-Bacon Act. If Owner awards the contract for the work, such award shall be to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive Bid. The Work will be substantially completed within 300 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 330 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
