Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 08,2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Contractor will be responsible for performing construction improvements along CR 218 from Clay Hill Elementary to Taylor Road. Work activities include but are not limited to the following: maintenance of traffic, clearing and grubbing, excavation and grading, erosion and sediment control, sidewalk, asphalt paving, drainage, handrail, fencing, sodding, signs and pavement markings. Clay County requests bids to perform the construction of roadway improvements along CR 218 from Clay Hill Elementary to Taylor Road (Approx. 0.5 miles). The improvements include construction of a sidewalk to provide pedestrian connectivity to Clay Elementary school. Last Date of Inquiries: July 7, 2023, 4:00pm Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this RFB in the "Question and Answer" Tab of the RFB via the County's e-Procurement Portal
