City of Greer Blown-In Landscape Mulch and Blown-In IPEMA Certified Playground Mulch Friday, June 30, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted to Rosalyn Carcamo, rcarcamo@cityofgreer.org . For proposed contracts greater than $25,000.00, the offeror awarded the contract must supply a Performance Bond in the amount of 125% of the proposed contract price prior to commencement of the project. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities and informalities in any bid and to award the bid in the best interest of the City of Greer.
