The Engineering Department for the City of Tehachapi is circulating a Request for Proposal (RFP) to applicants interested in providing geotechnical engineering investigation and material testing services for the RSTP Valley Road Rehabilitation Project. This project is funded with Federal funds administered by Caltrans in conformance with Local Assistance Procedures and Guidelines. As a result, the City is interested in retaining a firm with established experience providing engineering services conforming to Caltrans requirements.
