Walker Ranch Community Services District is currently soliciting formal bids for contractors to construct water and sewer laterals along Marina Drive in the Bailey Creek subdivision on the peninsula at Lake Almanor. PERFORMANCE BOND The Performance Bond, to guarantee the performance of all covenants and stipulations of the Contract, shall be on the form provided by the Agency and shall be in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the original Total Contract Price as set forth in the Contract. PAYMENT BOND The Payment Bond, to guarantee the payment of wages and of bills contracted for materials, supplies, or equipment used in the performance of the Contract, shall be on the form provided by the Agency and shall be in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the original Total Contract Price as set forth in the Contract.
