Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huntington, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of the following: Repair of Existing Deteriorated Drainage Structures and Frames, Improvements to Existing Curb, Sidewalk and Pedestrian Facilities, Including Curb Ramp Replacement, New Pipe and Drainage Structures, Full Depth Pavement Repair, Milling and Resurfacing, New Pavement Markings and Traffic Signal Upgrade. Bids for this contract shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope with the name of the contract clearly noted on the outside of the envelope. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid, made payable to the Suffolk County Comptroller. This bid bond will be held as a guarantee that in the event the bid is accepted and contract awarded to the Bidder, the contract will be duly executed and properly secured.
