Renovation of a parking garage in Salisbury, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
All questions are to be submitted to the designer no later than June 29th, 2023 at 11 a.m. The total time allotted for the performance of the work included in this project is _68_ calendar days. A Bid Bond of 5% of the bid amount is required for this project. The successful contractor shall provide Payment and Performance bonding. The contractor shall provide a performance bond equal to 100% of the contract price within 10 days of the notice of proceed. Contractor shall provide a payment bond equal to 100% of the contract price within 10 days of the notice of acceptance.
