Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work under this contract covers the replacement of the roof sections 4 and 5 at Building S77 located at 100 Sussex Drive of the National Research Council of Canada 1 The Proponent must have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in the execution of roofing project, and as a contractor providing construction services comparable to this tender. Provide a company profile and relevant history as described in item #1 of the evaluated technical criteria. 2 The Proponent must supply a CV for the proposed construction site supervisor, site safety and fire officer. 3 Contractor to demonstrate to be a member of OICRA or any Recognized roofing association in Ontario. Bidders must provide copy of Membership certificate. Regardless of the Bid Security submitted, it should never be more than $250,000 maximum, calculated at 10% of the first $250,000 of the tendered price, plus 5% of any amount in excess of $250,000 i) a Security Deposit as described in 1(b) above together with a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of at least 50% of the amout payable under the contract, OR ii) a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond - each in the amount of 50% of the amount payable under the contract.
