Principal items of work include construction of: A Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility building consisting of approximately 9,500 square feet tilt-up concrete structure with structural steel roofing and light gauge stud infill framing, and embedded hydronic heating, comprised of areas for sorting, bulking, storage, reuse, offices, restrooms, containment tank, and loading dock. A Road Operations Facility building consisting of an approximately 17,900 square foot tilt-up concrete structure with structural steel roofing, light gauge stud infill framing, embedded hydronic heating, and photo-voltaic system, comprised of offices, storage, locker and washroom areas, and vehicle and equipment maintenance shop area Generator Covered parking Covered and uncovered storage areas for equipment and bulk materials Vehicle wash system and wash bay structure Fueling station EV charging stations Sander insert rack Other site improvements including clearing and grubbing, grading, HMA and concrete surfacing, sidewalk, curb and gutter, storm sewer system including vaults and ponds, utilities, illumination and other site electrical systems, onsite sewage system, landscaping, irrigation, striping, signing, security gates, and fencing and miscellaneous items The engineer's estimate ranges from $27,000,000 to $30,000,000.
