This procurement is restricted to the General MACC contractors. Only the General MACC contractors listed on the RFP cover letter may submit a proposal. See attached documents for scope of work and any applicable drawings. Estimated Cost Range: Between $200,000 and $500,000 Wage Determination: General Decision Number: NC20230065 01/06/2023 Liquidated Damages: $146.00 per Calendar Day Special Scheduling: None Basis for Award: Lowest Price Proposal Acceptance Period: 90 days from receipt of offers Contract Completion Date: 240 days after award Offerors Are Advised That Funding May Not Become Available. If Funds Are Not Avilable, No Award Will Be Made as Result of This Solicitation. Offerors Will Not Be Reimbursed for Any Effort or Proposal Costs Resulting From This Solicitation. Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs must be submitted by the prime contractor to the email addresses above. The cut off for RFIs is 10 July 2023 by 9:00 AM EST in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
