Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Port Hueneme, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Port Hueneme (City) is interested in acquiring the services of a qualified firm or a joint venture of firms (Consultant) to provide construction management, inspection and administration services for the Bubbling Springs Park Renovation Project (the "Project"). The Project will include but is not limited to: Renovate four multi-use ballfields, expand one ballfield and construct ballfield lighting. Renovate a sports plaza with concession/community room/storage building and restroom building. Construct two multi-use soccer/football fields with seating, fencing and lighting. Construct a new inclusive playground. Construct two picnic areas with shade structures. Construct public art with interpretive signage. Construct a small and a large dog park. Renovate landscaping throughout the park. Construct exercise stations on walking circuits throughout the park. Construct accessible walkways throughout the park. Renovate the Northeast parking lot to make ADA access The City of Port Hueneme (City) is interested in acquiring the services of a qualified firm or a joint venture of firms (Consultant) to provide Construction Management, Inspection and Administration Services for the Bubbling Springs Park Renovation Project. The project includes demolition of existing structures, installation of new structures, field renovations, new bathroom facilities, snack bar and related site improvements at Bubbling Springs Park. All proposals will be compared on the basis of understanding the scope of work to be performed, methods and procedures to be used, management, personnel and experience, and consultation and coordination with the City of Port Hueneme.
