HVAC Scope-of-Work Bid 2. Submission of Schedule of Values and Unit Cost tabulation. 3. Coordination of Project occupancy with Division of Architecture 4. Compliance with all Bid Document Provisions and Deliverable 5. Coordination of work between all trades 6. Installation of HVAC System and commissioning 7. Submission of Shop drawings and submittals as required on Bid Documents 8. Compliance with "Buy Made-in-America" products as stipulated by regulations. 9. Participation in mandatory walk-through prior to submission of Bid but not subject to disqualification in participation. 10. Closure of Construction, O & M Manuals, Testing, Quality Assurance and Punch-list. 11. Demonstration and Training 12. Warranty Phase Minimum ONE YEAR after final Project Completion Declared Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bidders are also required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 2004, c.57 (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) which includes the requirement that contractors provide copies of their Business Registration Certificates issued by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, as well as other provisions as listed in the Contract Documents. Proposals MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by a Bid Bond or Certified Check, made payable to the City of Jersey City, in an amount equal to Ten (10%) percent of the Bid not to exceed $20,000.00.
