Renovation of a military facility in Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

1. The Contractor shall repair the floor at Bldg 700. Details are listed below. 2. All of the furniture in the work areas will be removed by others prior to the start of work. The rooms will be completely empty before work begins. 3. The work will be completed in one phase. 4. A floor plan of Bldg 700 is attached. All of the flooring in this building is carpet, and will be replaced. Bldg 700 is 1,800 SF in size. 5. Remove and dispose all of the existing carpet in the work areas. The floor slab is concrete. 6. Clean and prepare the concrete floors as required after demolition operations are complete. 7. Install new LVT flooring material in the work areas. Use SPC Rigid Core. The LVT shall be designed for high-traffic commercial use. The wear layer shall be at least 20-mils thick. 8. Install new 6 high vinyl wall base in all the rooms. 9. Deliver 20 replacement LVT planks to Bldg 700. 10. There is no asbestos in the work area. 11. All work shall be in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. 12. The Contractor will be allowed to park storage trailers and equipment on site at approved locations. The 49 CES at Holloman AFB, NM, is seeking Flooring Repairs in accordance with the Statement Of Work at Attachment 1.
