Site work and renovation of a civil project in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The RFT is issued to qualified contractors to submit bids to supply all material and complete all the work as described in the contract documents. The successful bidder must have at minimum one permanent full time staff member with a valid Oil Burner Technician 1 (OBT-1) certification. Proof of employment and proof of certificate to be confirmed with bid. The work when completed must be signed off on by an OBT-1. Each of the five (5) sites requires a different set of items that need to be addressed but some examples of some of the work required includes supply an install of new damper actuators, revisions to exhaust pipes, installation of new insulation blankets, epoxy coating of existing concrete floors, addition of new spill containment measures etc. There are other items detailed in the drawings and specifications this list is just a small example of some of the work required.
