Renovation of an office development in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
The project consists of retrofiting the existing metal roof, addition of new gutters, downspout and roof penetration for Lab exhaust. Minor interior to remove some damaged wall sheathing and insulation and replacement like in kind. The supply mechanical duct system will have the existing flex duct from trunk duct to register replaced along with new registers. Mosquito Control Administration Building Wind Retrofit The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the requirements of Louisiana Public Bid law. A bid bond or security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of bid amount, conditioned on the bidder's failure to execute a contract with the City to supply the specified goods or services. Bidders shall provide bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check Supply a performance bond acceptable to the City upon written request by the City, issued in the sum of 100% of bid amount Supply a payment bond acceptable to the City upon written request by the City, issued in the sum of 100% of bid amount DBE contract goal 35%
