Fabricate, furnish, and deliver via FOB one weathering steel Pedestrian Bridge 100 ft long by 8 ft (clear) wide with a 99 ft bearing. The Work consists of the following: The project scope of work is to fabricate, furnish, and deliver via FOB one (1) weathering steel Pedestrian Bridge 100 ft long by 8 ft (clear) wide with a 99 ft bearing as shown on the attached plan set entitled Trolley Trail East - Pedestrian Bridge. Delivery of said bridge is to be no later than April 15, 2024 to Five Bridge Road in Brimfield, Massachusetts. The bridge design shall be in accordance with the following specifications: 1. AASHTO LRFD GUID Specifications for Design of Pedestrian Bridges (2009 - Revision 2) 2. AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications (2017 - 8th Edition) 3. MASSDOT LRFD Bridge Manual (2013 Edition) - 4. MASSDOT Standard Specifications for Highway Bridges and Supplemental Specifications The bridge fabrication must be in accordance with the provisions of Section 635.410(b) of Title 23 CFR, hereinafter referred to as "Buy America", except as otherwise specified, all iron and steel products (including miscellaneous steel items such as fasteners, nuts, bolts and washers) to be permanently incorporated for use on federal aid projects (including RTP) shall be produced in the United States of America regardless of the percentage they exist in the manufactured product or final form they take. Therefore, "Domestically produced in the United States of America"
