Site work for a water / sewer project in Celina, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK The project includes installation of approximately 243 linear feet of 3 x3 RCB, 127 linear feet of concrete flume, grading, and drainage improvements. Bidders must submit with their bids a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%), from a reliable Surety Company as guarantee that the Bidder he successful Bidder must furnish performance, payment, and maintenance bonds each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price from an approved Surety Company holding a permit from the State of Texas The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities The Project has an expected duration of 30 calendar days. Question Deadline 07/10/2023 at 5:00 PM CT Prospective Bidders may examine or download the Bid Documents anytime online through the eProcurement website. All questions shall be submitted through the eProcurement system. The City of Celina, Texas (herein called Owner) invites proposals for the construction improvements. B. Bidders will familiarize themselves with the location of the project and the various types of work to be done as well as the type of material that is to be excavated.
