As of June 3, 2024, per owner, no projects were selected. The Board rejected all proposals. The County of Franklin is seeking proposals for the development of an approximately 84-acre property in Ferrum, VA in accordance with the adopted master plan documents. Franklin County seeks submissions from potential Development Partner(s) with successful experience creating mixed-finance, mixed-income, and/or mixed-use housing developments serving a wide range of household incomes, including workforce/affordable housing. The selected firm(s) may be chosen to enter into a Development Agreement with Franklin County.
