As of 9/14/2023, this project is still in evaluation. It is anticipated to be awarded in October 2023. The City of Frisco is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Outdoor Digital Signage for the Frisco Commons Park with an opportunity to expand to more locations in the future. Questions Due Date: Jul 5th 2023, 4:00 PM CDT. Questions are to be sent to purchasing@friscotexas.gov Proposals must be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check upon a national bank, or a bid bond from a reliable surety company in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum proposal price, as a guarantee that the Proposer will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond and a payment bond within (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. A performance bond will be required for all contracts over $100,000.00 and a payment bond will be required for all contracts over $50,000.00 (both payment and performance bonds are to be in the full contract amount). A five percent (5%) BID BOND or CASHIERS CHECK must be submitted with the proposal package. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities, or to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the City
