Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Lake in the Hills, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Village of Lake in the Hills Public Works Department has issues a Request for Proposal for Village Hall, Well 15, Roof, Gutter, Window, and Trim Replacement Project. The Village of Lake in the Hills (the "Village") seeks a General Contractor ("Contractor") to oversee one project with two locations but on the Village Hall site. The contract shall include services for all fees, permitting (permit application process can take up to 30 days for review where application to Community development is a priority), all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the removal and replacement of the asphalt shingle roofs, gutters, specific windows and trim for the Village Hall and Well 15 facilities located at 600 and 550 Harvest Gate Road. The Village will not be responsible for any extra charges required to complete this project, as contract pricing is not-to-exceed.
