Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Granite City, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The City of Granite City, IL/Granite City Cinema is requesting proposals (RFP) for replacement of its rooftop units (RTUs) as well as the installation and implementation of an efficient, intuitive controls system for its' 10 total RTUs. Please provide proposals for the following: 1) Removal and replacement of just RTU 5 and 8 with appropriately sized and configured units 2) Removal and replacement of all 9 RTUs (RTU 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) with appropriately sized and configured units 3) Installation and configuration of an efficient controls system for our 10 total units Include all necessary costs associated with RTU installations (i.e. crane costs, curb adapters as needed, etc.) Include hail guards on all new units. Include reinstallation of lightning protection on replacement units where applicable. Do not include sales tax. For clarifications or to arrange any on-site measurements, please contact cinema management at japetrillo@granitecity.illinois.gov . The City reserves the right to cancel the project and to amend the scope of work at any time. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, including but not limited to bids the City deems not responsive or not responsible, in the City’s discretion. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and errors in bids the City considers non-material.
