Deadline for Inquiries/Questions: 5:00 PM MST, 07/03/2023 The Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) is a constitutionally created, statutory body corporate of the State of Arizona, which governs Arizona State University (ASU). Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), ASU and Sun Devil Athletics (SDA) intend to establish one or more contracts for Facility Maintenance Services. The required facility maintenance services will be focused on maintenance/preventative maintenance, repairs or replacement related to HVAC and hot water systems (boilers and water heaters) at SDA facilities such as Sun Devil Stadium. The University reserves the right to make a single award or multiple awards, whichever is determined to be advantageous to the University and SDA based on the evaluation factors set forth in this RFP. The cost shall not be the sole criteria for determining the agreement award; however, cost is an evaluation criteria. The University reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason. For the purposes of the RFP, the buyer is John Snow, email Robert.J.Snow@asu.edu As of September 11, 2023, the project was awarded to Apex Refrigeration & Boiler Co. but the awarded amount is not available.
