Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rothesay, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The town of Rothesay is seeking qualified Contractors to submit bids for the Sidewalk Renewal and Miscellaneous Pipe Repair Project. The project generally includes the following scope on various streets in the town of Rothesay: - Installation of approximately 640 meters of new concrete sidewalk on Charles Crescent - Addition of a cul-de-sac to McGuire Road - Miscellaneous repairs/upgrades to existing deficient sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure (pipes and structures) on various streets in Rothesay. Tender packages shall be purchased from Rothesay Town Hall Monday to Friday 8:00am until 12:00pm (noon) and 1:00pm until 4:30pm. Bidders must purchase tender packages from the Town in order to be included on registered bidders list and be eligible to submit a tender. The cost for the tender package is $25. The acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque or debit. The Town DOES NOT accept credit card payments. Each tender shall include a bid bond equal to 10% of the overall tender price including HST. Substantial completion on or before October 15th, 2023
