To furnish all labor, equipment, materials and expertise as required for the as needed cleaning, lining & CCTV inspection of sanitary sewer lines, storm drains and catch basins owned by the City of Everett for pipe sizes from 4" to 48 inches. The intent of sewer line cleaning is to remove foreign materials from the lines and restore the sewer to a minimum of 95% of the original carrying capacity and as required for proper internal inspection with closed circuit television equipment. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount Bid. The successful Bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond satisfactory in form to the City, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Amount from a surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and acceptable to the City. The City of Everett reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids, for any reason the City determines to be in the City's and/or the public's best interest.
