Sealed bids must be received by and will be considered by Penndel Mental Health Center on that date. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PennBid website . Specifications, information for Bidder's and forms for Proposals may be obtained or examined at no cost on the PennBid website. The work consists of Renovation of the locations Kitchen, located at 13 Franklin St, Feasterville, PA 19053. Question Deadline 07/19/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Demolition: o Demo and remove existing kitchen cabinetry and countertops and dispose of in contractor supplied container o Disconnect and safe off of plumbing, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher & reconnect Construction / General Carpentry: o Supply labor and material to complete the following: o Skim coat existing kitchen floor and sand to smooth area for installation o Install new 20-millimeter luxury vinyl plank flooring o Install new quarter round and resilient cove base o Install new kitchen cabinetry o Soft close doors and drawers o Full extension undermounted drawer glides o Shaker finish , owner to pick color o Install new solid surface countertops with undermount stainless steel sink and new faucet
