Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Decatur, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project is for installation of a traffic signal on DeKalb Industrial Way at Milscott Drive. Some roadway striping and minor sidewalk work are included. Contractor shall fully complete the Work within 270 calendar days from and including the acknowledgement date. SUBMIT ONE ORIGINAL BID PACKAGE (INCLUSIVE OF THE ENTIRE INVITATION TO BID DOCUMENT AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE BIDDER'S UNIT PRICE FORM (PAGES 13 - 17) STAMPED "ORIGINAL" AND ONE IDENTICAL COPY SUBMITTED ON FLASH DRIVE TO THE ADDRESS LISTED Percentage of LSBE Participation Required 5% of Total Award Question Deadline 07/12/2023 at 5:00 PM ET All questions concerning the Project and requests for interpretation of the Contract may be asked and answered at the pre-bid conference; however, oral answers are not authoritative.
