Site work for a water / sewer project in Lenoir City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will generally consist of the following: Replacement of approximately 414 linear feet of 10-inch gravity sewer by the open cut method, installation of 4 manholes, and associated appurtenances to the main project. Once a copy of the check is received, a PDF file of the Bidding Documents will be emailed to prospective bidders. No printed copies of drawings or other documents will be available. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. All Bidders must be licensed contractors with "MU" classification in the State of Tennessee as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 and related amendments thereto, with all bid submittals conforming with the State of Tennessee requirements.
