Site work for a mixed-use development in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a educational facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of July 13, 2023 this project has been cancelled and currently there are no plans on rebidding at this time.** Replacement of the Canopy Covering the Sidewalk/Entrance of Lehman-Jackson Elementary School. The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or any part on any proposal, and to waive any and all informalities in connection with them at its discretion. The project will consist of the following: Remove, and properly dispose approximately 3380 Sq. Ft. of existing fiberglass domed sky lights. Scrape and spot prime all rusted areas of support steel. Apply, using a brush and roller, one finish coat of paint formulated for metal, over all metal surfaces, with coIorand finish type to be specified at time of awarding. Furnish and install, in compliance with manufacturer's specification, approximately 3380 square feet of Union Corrugating 26 gauge PBR galvalume metal roofing panels. (130 mph wind rating). Furnish and install butyl tape to all seams. Furnish and install matching color stitch screws approximately 6 inches apart to entire seam top to bottom. Furnish and install color matching ultimate with normal screw pattern. (Rust roof) with dual washer system. (Washer provides 4 sealing points to assure positive seal under harsh conditions, so fasteners never have to be re-tightened). Custom fit foam closure strips to be installed at the base of the roof line on all panels. Colors:
