Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Burnsville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,500-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Per Addendum 4 Due to lack of participation for the original 8/24/23 bid date, the project will be rebid. As a condition of the funding for this project, Prime Contractors must be prequalified through NCDOT prior to submitting a bid proposal. HUB Certified and MBE are encouraged to participate. The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bid proposals.
