Carpentry Maintenance & Repair Services for the properties listed in Hants County. The right to reject any or all Bids or to accept any Bid deemed most satisfactory is reserved by the Agency. The Agency reserves the right to waive any informality in any or all Bids. The Contractor shall provide proof that all employees engaged in the performance of work are covered under a fidelity bond with a minimum value of $ 5,000 Any questions relating to the tender documents should be put forward in writing to the WRHA_Procurement@novascotia.ca This agreement shall be in effect for a period of 7 months commencing October 1, 2023 and ending May 31, 2024. The duration of this contract is for a 7-month term, however at the discretion of the Agency, this contract may be extended for an additional term of up to one-year, in which case the Agency will notify the Contractor in writing of their wish to extend the contract, 30 days prior to the contract expiry.
