Site work for a water / sewer project in Constantine, Michigan. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of September 18, 2023, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** The project includes exploratory excavation to find the existing force main and expose an area for the new air release chamber, installation of a new air release valve and chamber, backfill, and restoration. The Village of Constantine reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Constantine. A pre-bid conference will not be held Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered Plan Holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
