Site work for a transportation facility in La Junta, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Replace Runway 8-26 PAPIs (Base Bid), Replace Runway 8 REILS (Base Bid), and Replace Runway 26 REILS (Add Alt No. 1). This project includes the replacement of the aged/non-functional Navigational Aids (NAVAIDS) at both Runway ends with new LED equipment. This includes new cable for all fixtures, new Runway End Indicator Lights (REILs) and new 2-box Precision Approach Path Indicators (PAPIs) at both Runway ends at the La Junta Municipal Airport (LHX). The City of La Junta reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and/or some or all of the alternates bid, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the City and to reject the bids of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful to any contract with the City of La Junta. All questions shall be submitted to Nora Sami by Monday, July 17th, 2023, to allow sufficient time to respond. Any questions received after July 17th, 2023, may not be answered. Only bidders that request plans from Nora Sami via email and are documented plan holders are eligible to automatically receive any Addenda. It is the full responsibility of any bidder wishing to submit a bid to obtain and acknowledge any and all addenda and the time of bid.
