LOCATION OF THE WORK: The Work to be constructed hereunder is located at the Constitution Ave Underpass along S.R. 1016 within the Borough of Jessup, Lackawanna County, PA. The Work comprises the complete preparation, patching, painting, required traffic control and all appurtenances for a complete job and in accordance with these Contract Documents. The Borough of Jessup reserves the right after opening bids to reject any part of or all bids and to waive any formalities, technical defects or irregularities in a bid.
