Demolition, site work and remodeling of a municipal facility in Endicott, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Broome DDSO is seeking a vendor to demo and remodel a bathroom at 8 Lancaster Dr in Endicott NY. All work shall be completed per the attached stamped drawings and below scope of work. A site visit is mandatory to bid on this project, details are listed below at the end of the general requirements. 1. Demo and remodel bathroom per the attached stamped drawings 2. All work must be completed according to all applicable codes, industry best standards, and manufacturers instructions. 3. Job will not be considered complete until the job is verified and accepted by Plant Superintendent of designated supervisor 4. All work must be warrantied to be free of defects in workmanship for one year after completion of work. 5. Work must be completed within 60 days of receiving the purchase order.
