Golf Course Netting 2023 Allan Bowman, Head Golf Professional, is available to answer any non-technical questions regarding this RFP and can be reached at (561) 691-3433. Any technical questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing to abowman@village-npb.org for review and response The Village of North Palm Beach reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to re-advertise. The award, if made, will be made to the most responsive Proposer whose proposal is determined by the Village, in its sole discretion, to be most advantageous Work should commence as soon as possible and should be completed prior to October 15, 2023. Please bid separately on Golf Course Netting in the 3 areas listed below: Area 1 equates to 75' High X 600" Long Area 2 equates to 60' High x 200' Long Area 3 equates to 30' High x 200' Long These areas will be specifically identified at the pre-proposal meeting. Materials should include: 1. Treated Wood Poles 2. Golf Netting with a ten (10) year warranty 3. Two feet (2') of netting skirt at bottom of net 4. Galvanized hardware, including cables and anchors 5. All shipping, labor, equipment, and mobilization costs
