the 1630-Hemlock Creek Bank Stabilization in Seven Hills Phase I. In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: o The Hemlock Creek Bank Stabilization project will shift the alignment of Hemlock Creek and expand the floodplain to the NEORSD acquired properties. The streambed will be shifted to the NEORSD properties and raised vertically to reduce the average gradient. The project will remove the existing culverts crossing Forest Overlook Dr. and Donna Rae Dr. and replace them with two new 16' W x 4' H culverts. The new culverts are configured to allow for maximum culvert conveyance efficiency to maximize the ability to restore the new stream channel. Raising the stream bed will require three drops within the system. The first drop will be just upstream of the Forest Overlook Culvert, the second drop is upstream of the Donna Rae Culvert and a third drop is immediately downstream of the Donna Rae Culvert. The NEORSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received.
