Renovation of an educational facility in Hansford, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project consists of HVAC Replacement and Associated Renovation to the following Facility for Kanawha County Schools: Pratt Elementary School Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses to Pre bid conference questions and emailed questions via addendum, no later than July 20, 2023 Project consists of HVAC replacement and renovation at Kanawha County Schools Pratt Elementary School. Replacement to include demolition/removal of existing mechanical HVAC systems to include units, piping, ductwork, etc. as required for installation of new HVAC systems. Demolition includes removal and replacement and repair of existing rooftop equipment and roof replacement. The scope of work will also include replacement of HVAC equipment and related roof curbs as well as final connections. New digital temperature controls shall also be provided to tie into the district wide controls. Refer to contract documents for detailed scope description and contract requirements. Included within this project shall be window replacements and exterior door and frame replacement and casework where indicated.
