Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a casino.
SIGA would like to obtain a qualified and experienced contractor to perform the following work at the Living Sky Casino (LSC) located at 1401 North Service Rd E. Swift Current, SK S9H 3X6: Replace the bottom two (2) rows of brick and existing flashing on the front of the casino due to corrosion. (Note: Brick to be provided by SIGA). Replacement of three (3) concrete wheel chair ramps in the parking lot. The Work shall include, but not limited to, the following: Brick Work: Remove and dispose of existing, and replacement of bottom two (2) rows of brick (approximately 200 feet in length x 12 inches high) and flashing (approximately 260 linear Feet). Base trim to match existing (red or galvanized). Brick to be provided by SIGA. Wheelchair Ramp Work: Removal and disposal of existing, and replacement of three (3), 15'x5'concrete wheelchair ramps. 10mm rebar 18" OC 32MPS concrete Red in colour (for visibility purposes and to differential from the sidewalk colour) Finished to match existing ramps Question Deadline 07/07/2023 at 4:00 PM CT SIGA reserves the right, which is to be exercised in its sole discretion in the best interests of the SIGA, to waive minor deficiencies or non-compliances in any Bid.
