Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Site Directions: The Fort Dodge Skatepark project is located at Dragon Boat Park, at the corner of S 1st Street and Meriwether Dr. The project will consist of tree removal, stripping existing natural turf, grading and earthwork, PCC pavements, construction of the skatepark, site restoration, and other related construction activities. Bid Alternate 1 is a separate PCC sidewalk as indicated in the plans. Est. Completion Date: June 1, 2024 The City of Fort Dodge, Iowa, hereinafter called the “Jurisdiction,” has need of a qualified contractor to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement. The undersigned Bidder hereby proposes to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement as specified in the contract documents, which are officially on file with the Jurisdiction, in the office of the City Clerk, at the prices hereinafter provided in Part C of the Proposal, for the following described improvements: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: FORT DODGE SKATEPARK, PROJECT #123.0199.01 The FORT DODGE SKATEPARK project is located at Dragon Boat Park, at the corner of S 1st Street and Meriwether Dr. The project will consist of tree removal, stripping existing natural turf, grading and earthwork, PCC pavements, construction of the skatepark, site restoration, and other related construction activities.
