Description

Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Arminto, Wyoming. Design plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

As of March 13, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for cosntruction has not yet been established. This project will consist of design, cost estimates, bidding, construction administration and project closeout of utility service termination, demolition, backfill and reclamation of 23 vacant buildings and 11 tunnel segments at the Wyoming State Hospital. The bidding, construction administration and closeout phases of work will be determined on availability of demolition funds.
