The building has approximately 6,686 total square feet of office/storage space. Carpeted floors: approximately 4,886 square feet VCT Tile floors: approximately 1,665 square feet Ceramic tile floors: approximately 135 square feet Average daily HHS staff at this building: 38 Average daily visitors at this building: 5 Clean and maintain building(s) as designated, including building perimeters. Respondent shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning supplies, and any other materials required to maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment in the buildings listed. Cleaning will consistof all areas in the buildings. Floor plans of each building inclusive of the square footage will be provided. Respondent shall be responsible for supervision, clean up and disposal, and must have all applicablepermits, licenses, and insurance stated in Insurance and Indemnification.
