The general contractor service firms selected through this RFQA will be part of a "pool" of general contractor firms from which the City will assign specific Projects from time-to-time, in the sole discretion of the City. The City anticipates awarding an agreement of $300 - $500,000 for a period of 3 years. The scope of work will be developed per project. The scope of Projects assigned to the selected general contractor services firms are anticipated to include a range of projects from minor requests to significant construction projects. This work is typically time-sensitive, and the City intends to award a contract to a qualified contractor or contractors with a history of successfully and efficiently performing construction and repair services on an as needed basis.
