Description The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit offers from qualified firms to establish a potential 5-year service agreement. The off-site lift stations (21 pump stations) with ongoing electrical system inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance. Scope. A clear concise statement of the proposer’s understanding of the nature and extent of the services required and a specific outline to demonstrate how personnel would be organized to handle these services. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularity The County reserves the right to request any missing information in a proposal submitted in response to this RFP. The County reserves the right to remedy technical errors, modify the published scope of services and approve or disapprove the use of all sub-consultants.
