Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Hopewell Cape, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Construction of washroom buildings as detailed in the drawings and specifications. Public Activity at Work Site: .1 Hopewell Rock is an operating tourism facility which will be operating during some or all portions of this work. .2 The work area included under this scope is to be kept isolated from the remainder of the facility. Construction fence, as applicable. Contractors are to conduct their work with as little disruption to the activity outside the work area as practical. .3 The contractor's activities must be coordinated and not impede tourist access or operations. Coordination, temporary signage, temporary barriers will be the Contractor's responsibility. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB. All bid submissions must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price.
