Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Aptos, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of September 11, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof and to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal. This project is for licensed contractors with a Type A, General Engineering Contractors License to perform removal and disposal of sand and wood fiber surfacing, removal and disposal of pour-in-place and concrete surfacing, removal and disposal of playground equipment and concrete footings, drainage modifications, and installation of aggregate base in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by SSA Landscape Architects The Contractor shall complete all or any designated portions of the work called for under the contract in all parts and requirements within 30 calendar days All pre-bid questions should be directed to: Noah Ross, Contract Administrator, noah.ross@santacruzcounty.us
