A single contract will be awarded to the Offeror that best meets the needs of the evaluation criteria. The anticipated term of the contract resulting from this solicitation shall begin on or about July 20, 2023, and terminate on July 20, 2024. The scope of work included under the terms of this contract shall include, but not be limited to the inspection and treatment of the Workforce and Technology Center (WTC) buildings. Services shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to repel all. internal pests and to prevent pest control problems, excluding wood destroying insects, within the main building, consisting of 295,804 square footage and heights of one (1) to four (4) stories, and the automotive shop consisting of 11,000 square footages. The integrated pest control system shall include inspection, monitoring, baiting, and spot treating/chemical spraying as the situation may warrant. The Contractor objective will be maintaining maximum control of pests by using scientific methods of control, as opposed to relying on the use of chemical spray.
