The scope of services for this project includes Clearing of tornado-related storm debris from an estimated 5,000 linear feet of 25-foot-wide ROWs or easements including those with priority in the areas indicated on the attached maps. Cutting, removing, hauling, reducing, grinding and/or chipping debris. Disposing of white goods, construction and demolition debris, and vegetative debris from ROWs in accordance with all local, state and Federal regulations for storm debris. LRWRA shall have the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities. Shall be assessed beginning on the first day following the maximum delivery or completion time entered on the bid form and/or provided for by the plans and specifications When noted, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of total bid shall accompany bid A Performance Bond equaling the total amount of any bid exceeding $50,000.00 must be provided for any contract for the repair, alteration or erection of any public building, public structure, or public improvement Work under this contract shall commence immediately upon notice to proceed and all work including clean up shall be completed within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after commencement of the work to the completion of all debris removal and necessary TDSR and rights-of-way restorations.
