The City of Rockford requests bids from qualified companies to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for the Northwest Channel Repair Package as described in these specifications. The work consists of removing and replacing concrete panel walls, excavating siltation from the concrete channel, and repairing undermined panel walls with CLSM and rip rap The City of Rockford reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
