Renovation of a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Westside Community Schools wishes to add electronic security to enhance student safety. Cameras and access control at select locations will be added to the following facilities: Hillside Elementary Loveland Elementary Oakdale Elementary Paddock Road Elementary Prairie Lane Elementary Rockbrook Elementary Sunset Hills Elementary Swanson Elementary Westbrook Elementary Westgate Elementary Westside Middle School WHS West Campus A certified check payable to the Westside Community Schools Board of Education or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid shall be submitted with each bid The Contractor shall furnish immediately upon award of the Contract a Contractorís performance, labor and material payment bond for the full and faithful completion of the Contract in a sum equal to the full amount of the Contract price Upon notice to proceed, the Contractor shall begin securing all material and equipment necessary to begin construction on August 7, 2023. Contractor shall be substantially complete no later than close of business December 21, 2023. The Engineer will make a site visit for substantial completion verification and punch list generation no later than noon on December 22, 2023. All work on site, including but not limited to, punch list items, clean-up, demobilization, etc. shall be finished to consider the project finally complete. Final completion shall be accomplished no later than January 5, 2024.
